A celebration of John's life will take place on Wednesday 25th June at 2pm in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel and afterwards at Jack Hatfield Sports Club.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to The Lewy Body Society. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
